Smart Systems sits on the dealer councils for Crestron, Control4 and Lutron, and its Smart Care plan provides proactive remote monitoring and support from the Chattanooga headquarters. The routine service area covers the greater Chattanooga metro — Chattanooga, Hixson, Ooltewah, Signal Mountain and Cleveland in Tennessee and Ringgold, Fort Oglethorpe and Dalton in North Georgia — with projects throughout both states.

The routine service area is roughly 50 miles (80 km) around the Hixson, Tennessee headquarters: Chattanooga, Hixson, Ooltewah, Signal Mountain and Cleveland in Tennessee; Ringgold, Fort Oglethorpe and Dalton in Georgia.

Smart Systems also takes on select projects regionally and nationwide when the scope is the right fit — the Nashville, Atlanta, Knoxville, Lookout Mountain and Memphis projects above were delivered the same way. If your project is outside the local area, it is still worth asking.
