Bradley County Commission

We have performed work for several government offices, and the top priority with these projects is to ensure full coverage with the cameras and a good recording system.

To achieve these objectives, we used two fixed 30x zoom 1080 IP cameras, and one 30x IP PTZ UHD camera that has the ability to pan around the room and zoom in as needed. We placed one of the fixed cameras on the ceiling in the mid-rear of the room aimed at the commissioners' dais. The second fixed camera was mounted to the ceiling in the front of the room, aimed at the speaker at the podium. The PTZ camera was placed mid-room next to the camera recording system in order to be able to pan across the dais and zoom in on each speaker.

In order to easily control the cameras and recorder, we put a control keypad on the wall beside the front entrance. From this keypad, functions such as recording and streaming are as simple as pressing a button to begin and end.

In addition to the equipment we installed, we also worked with the commission to program an iPad with an interface that also controlled the camera recording system. Ease of use is very important in situations where there are potentially many different users, and this system is very straightforward.
