For Phones, Tablets, and Laptops
- Open Settings → Wi-Fi on your device.
- Find your network name (SSID) — it may be labeled on your router or in the documentation we provided during installation.
- Tap on the network and enter the password.
- If the network doesn't appear, make sure you're within range and the SSID isn't hidden.
For Smart TVs and Streaming Devices
- Navigate to the device's Network or Internet settings.
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- Some devices (Apple TV, Sonos, etc.) may offer setup via a companion app.
For IoT / Smart Home Devices
- Most IoT devices connect to the 2.4 GHz band only. If you have separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, connect to the 2.4 GHz one during setup.
- Follow the device manufacturer's app for setup (e.g., Lutron, Sonos, Ring).
- Once configured, the device should auto-connect going forward.
