Hospital CEO Zoom Room

As remote work and the demand for remote connectivity have increased over the past few years, many businesses have adapted and upgraded their conferencing capabilities to meet that demand. In this hospital CEO boardroom, we installed a Crestron Flex Tabletop Conference System that is designed for use with Zoom Rooms™ software. It's a great solution for medium-sized conference rooms. The 7" touchscreen is intuitive and easy to use and has an integrated speakerphone with full-duplex wideband audio for clear sound on conference calls. We mounted the collaboration camera above the TV to provide a view of the entire conference table during calls.

We utilized the existing table box opening and fed the cabling neatly through in order to keep the wiring out of sight. For optimal functionality, we programmed the TV to automatically turn on when the tabletop controller is touched and active. We also programmed the TV to turn off when the system has been inactive for a predetermined period of time, making the room more energy efficient.
