Gorgeous Downtown Penthouse

This luxury penthouse condo needed audio, video, security and network. One of the best features of this condo is the outdoor patio space with a fantastic view of downtown. We made sure that we brought high quality audio and video to that space to make it even more enjoyable for the homeowners. In the end, we did upgrades of some sort in almost every room of the condo.

In the living room, we mounted a Sony 75" 4K Bravia TV with a Sonos Playbar installed just below it, which we connected and configured to enhance the TV's sound, as well as wirelessly stream music. We also placed 2 8" speakers in the ceiling to further increase the quality of the room's sound.

In the den, we used the customer's existing TV, but to enhance the sound, we again added Sonos speakers, as well as in-ceiling speakers. We did the same in the bedrooms, office, bar area, and master bath.

On the patio, we installed a SunBrite Pro Series 55" outdoor TV and two Episode All-Weather Series speakers. These items are all designed specifically to withstand the elements.

For the network, we installed and configured a gigabit router and network switch, as well as two wireless access points.

For security upgrades, we created a custom 2GIG GC3 security package that included thermostats, locks, and came with a color touch screen keypad and cell communicator.

We were able to use some of the homeowner's existing equipment such as TVs, where upgrades weren't truly needed at the time, and where we did need to upgrade, we made sure to adhere to the aesthetic preferences of the client, and the needs of the space.
