Executive Teams Room

The goal of this installation was to upgrade the room's presentation display to a higher quality screen and integrate it with the Microsoft Teams software and Lenovo devices the company already used.

For the screen, we went with a NEC commercial-rated 98" display and mounted it on a fixed wall mount. Sliding equipment shelves were installed behind the screen to allow easy access to the equipment.

We then installed the customer-supplied Lenovo Core Full Room Teams UC Kit and accompanying camera. We also used the existing table boxes to run two new HDMI connections to the table, as well as a USB connection.

We installed two new ceiling mounted microphone pods into the ceiling panels.

As you can see, this upgrade didn't require a lot of major improvements in order to make a big impact on the room.
