Hospital Administration Zoom Room

As remote work and the demand for remote connectivity have increased over the past few years, many businesses have adapted and upgraded their conferencing capabilities to meet that demand. This administration conference room in a local hospital needed updating, so we provided them with the same technology that we had placed in their larger CEO boardroom, keeping all of the equipment consistent, therefore easier to use.

Here we installed the Crestron Flex Tabletop Conference System that is designed for use with Zoom Rooms™ software. It comes with a user-friendly 7" tabletop touchscreen, integrated speakerphone with full-duplex wideband audio, as well as a collaboration camera, which we placed above the existing TV.

To keep everything tidy, we fed all of the cabling through the tabletop box, and to optimize energy efficiency, we programmed the TV to automatically turn on when the touchscreen is touched and active, and for the TV to turn off when the system has been idle for a predetermined length of time.
