How to request technology upgrades, programming changes, or additions to your meeting rooms.

## How to Request Updates

Meeting room technology needs evolve as your team grows. Smart Systems can update your equipment, programming, and layout.

### Common Requests We Handle

- **Adding new video conferencing platforms** — Need to switch from Zoom to Teams? We can configure your room for any platform
- **Updating room programming** — Need new buttons on the keypad? We can reprogram your system
- **Adding displays or cameras** — Need a second screen or a huddle room camera? We can design and install additions
- **Upgrading wireless presentation** — If your WePresent is outdated or you want AirPlay/Miracast support
- **Calendar and scheduling integration** — Want a room scheduling panel outside the door? We can set up integration with Outlook or Google Calendar

### How to Submit a Request

1. Call or email Smart Systems with a description of what you need
2. We will schedule a consultation (often remote) to understand the requirements
3. We will provide a quote for any equipment and labor
4. Once approved, we can often schedule installation within 1-2 weeks

### What to Include in Your Request

- Which room(s) need changes
- What the current issue or desired improvement is
- Any specific platforms or technology preferences
- Your preferred timeline

### Preventive Maintenance
