Microsoft Teams Rooms ## What Smart Systems does with Microsoft Teams Rooms Smart Systems designs, installs and supports Microsoft Teams Rooms for businesses in Chattanooga, TN: displays, PTZ and AI-tracking cameras, ceiling microphone arrays with DSP echo cancellation, dual-screen setups and one-touch room control. Rooms are built so that a user walks in, taps the console and the meeting starts — display on, camera active, audio live — with no IT knowledge required. Existing conference rooms are regularly retrofitted with modern cameras, displays and DSP audio, often reusing the room's infrastructure to limit disruption and cost. Service plans add remote monitoring, preventive maintenance, firmware management and priority on-site support. Budget context Typical budgets: a basic huddle room starts around $5K–$10K, mid-size conference rooms with video conferencing run $15K–$30K, and large boardrooms with dual displays and advanced audio typically range from $40K–$100K+.
